Scope

Applies to our mobile applications and website pages at netguard.club (Support/Privacy/Terms).

What we don’t do

No activity/content logs; no inspection of traffic payload.

Data we may process (minimal)

• Connection metadata (start/stop time, selected server region, network type, anonymized identifier) to operate the service and prevent abuse; retained ≤ 30 days then deleted/aggregated. • Device & diagnostics (app/OS version, crash logs) to improve stability.


• Support communications (your email and messages you send us).


• Payments are handled by Apple/Google; we do not receive card numbers. We may receive transaction IDs/subscription status to provide service.


• Website logs (IP, user‑agent) for security; typically retained ≤ 30 days.

Purposes & legal bases

Provide/maintain services, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations; consent where required.

Sharing & transfers

We use processors (hosting/diagnostics/support tools). Data may be processed outside Singapore with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection/restriction as permitted by law (PDPA/GDPR/CCPA). Contact support@netguard.club. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Intended for users 13+ (or local minimum age).

Regional restrictions

Our Apps are not offered where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update this policy and change the “Last updated” date.
